All services are first come first serve.
Please allow 24 for a response of any kind. This includes, boarding requests, text/email messages, and phone calls.
Please call if it is an emergency.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required on ALL services due 24 hours from the timestamp on the invoice. If payment is not made, your invoice will be canceled and you will have to request your dates again. If your proposed dates are not available, a deposit will still need to be made to be put on the waitlist.
Do not schedule pick up and drop off on travel days. Travel days refer to the day you are traveling, which is the day you plan to leave. Due to high volume, we want to make sure we are providing a timely , reliable, and convenient service. To ensure, this we require all booking to be made one day in advance of the day you choose to leave and one day after you arrive back home. Our pick up/drop off windows are in 2HR blocks. We will be there within the window scheduled as we also consider Houston traffic, live animal care, and safe driving standards. Pick ups on travel days day require a 50.00 emergency pick up fee.
Our guarantee is that we will continue to work with families who work hard and follow our recommendations for as long as it takes. Families that are truly invested in their dog's training and well being have our promise that we will be present to cheer in their successes and work though the challenges to get what they need out of our program. Our programs are built as a partnership between family and trainer. The success depends on the clarity of the information being delivered and the follow though of the owner regarding homework. All information is sent in digital format. We at ACSquared reserve the right to terminate any contract should we feel the family is not upholding the dedication and commitment needed for their dog's continued success.

Negative fecal float (Current with in 6 months. If your float test is set to expire during their stay, it will need to be redone before they arrive.)

Please make sure your emergency contacts are up to date.
We do not grant refunds on paid boarding dates or training packages.
Training Policies
Canceled training packages will not be refunded.
5 lesson packages expire 6 months from the date of the first lesson.
10 lesson packages expire 12 months from the date of the first lesson.
Extension of expiration will be granted for circumstances such as medical, act of God, etc.
Postponement of lessons over 1 month without prior arrangements will void package.
Rescheduling of private lessons
We understand that life happens however it is important that you exercise your commitment in training your dog. Many missed or rescheduled lessons hinders the learning process and delays progress in behavior. Once we set up your training schedule (ie: once a week, every other week etc.) You are responsible for holding yourself accountable to the set schedule. Holding yourself to the date and time is important for scheduling purposes. You will be allowed one reschedule with notice to be given no later than 48 hours before your scheduled lesson time. The exception is sickness or emergency. Reschedules requested less than 48 hours or same day will forfeit your lesson.
Board and Train
Board and Train program must be paid for in full before the start of the program. Because of the required vetting process that goes into the acceptance of a board and train family, no refunds will be provided.
All vaccinations must be current at least 1 week prior to start date.
Please allow 1-2 hours for go home lesson.
Long haired breeds will need to clipped as short as possible to prevent overgrowth during their stay.
Boarding policies.
Canceled boarding dates will be converted to a credit toward a future stay, to be used no more than 6 months from the original planned stay.
Please keep up your dog's crate, leash, and threshold manners.
ACSquared reserves the right to terminate future boarding due to their behavior while in our care.
Please only send food, training collars, and leashes plus one comfort item for their kennel. If your dog requires any special bowls, we will provide them. Make a note in your Doggie Dashboard profile or send an email to [email protected]
